Northwest Building has invested significant capital in recent acquisitions of self-storage facilities. Our self-storage acquisition initiative is focused on value-add opportunities in strong, high barrier-to-entry markets in the Western U.S. Core and core-plus acquisitions that complement our existing self-storage network are also considered for investment.

Our current development activity is focused on urban infill and suburban self-storage projects, including ground up developments, redevelopments, and adaptive re-use. Ideal land acquisitions include sites in urban or tier one suburban neighborhoods on the West Coast.
