r. Baker was promoted to Managing Director of Northwest Building LLC in October 1998 and is now jointly responsible for all company activities including investment, development, dispositions, and management.  From 1994 through 1998, he worked in the company’s industrial development division.  Mr. Baker was General Manager of Taiyo American Corporation from 1989 to 1994, where he was responsible for this Japanese subsidiary’s commercial real estate investment activities.  Prior to that, he was a manager at Northwest Building LLC. 

Mr. Baker received his BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking (1985) and his MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis (1987) both from the University of Wisconsin at Madison .
